To tour our community, we require any prospects over the age of 18 to provide a valid government-issued photo ID.

No, you do not have to make an appointment to tour our community, but it is strongly recommended so that we can ensure that you have dedicated time to learn about our apartment community.

Occupancy guidelines vary by floor plan but generally allow a maximum of two people per bedroom (unless otherwise dictated by State or Federal law). Children under twenty-four (24) months are not counted for occupancy purposes.

All applicants over the age of 18 must be able to pass a credit, criminal, and rental history background screening and must income qualify by making 3 times the monthly rent based off their gross income. Please see our rental criteria and qualifications for more details.

Guarantors are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Guarantors must also complete an application, undergo screening, and meet income requirements. Please see our rental criteria and qualifications for more information. 

No, we do not offer furnished apartments. 

We offer lease terms between 7-12 months.

Yes, we love your furry friends! We allow up to two pets per apartment home.

Breed restrictions apply. Not approved but not limited to, Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherd, Presa Canarios, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Wolf hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies. Including any mix of the breeds listed above.

Please contact the leasing office for pet fee and pet rent amounts required for each pet. 

You can pay your rent online via our online Resident Portal.

The online portal will allow you to pay via debit or credit card with a convenience fee, or pay by ACH payment. ACH payments do not have a fee.

Rent is always due on the 1st of the month. This includes holidays and weekends. 

Rent is due on the 1st of the month and late fees begin on the 6th of the month. 

Yes, this is a mandatory requirement.

We do not offer cable or internet.

You are welcome to purchase cable and/or internet from any provider that offers these services in our community.

No, we do not offer on-site recycling.

If you find yourself locked out during business hours stop by our office or give us a call. If you are locked out after hours, you will need to contact a locksmith.

Steelhouse is partnered with Parcel Pending, helping residents gain easy 24-hour access to their packages. Packages are not held at the front desk and are not accepted by the office.

Utilities are sub-metered. Residents are responsible for setting up electricity in the leaseholder’s name through Orlando Utility Company.

Non-emergency service requests can be easily entered into your online resident portal! 

In the case that you have an emergency maintenance request, you can reach our team at any time to place an emergency service request by calling our office. If you call outside of office hours, please follow the prompt and our on-call emergency service associate will address requests that qualify as an emergency. 

For emergencies that require immediate attention, such as fires, medical situations, or any life-threatening situations, please call 911 directly.

We encourage our residents to personalize their apartments and make them feel like home. You are welcome to hang pictures and even mount your TV on the wall. We kindly ask that you visit the office to learn about our decorating policies and any charges that may apply for restoring the apartment before you move out.

Parking is first come first served in our parking garage. We offer reserved parking spots for an additional monthly fee.

All residents are responsible for the actions of their guests and guests must follow the applicable lease and community policies.

Visitors must park on the top floor of the parking garage.
